How I created my Friedrich Vordemberge Guilddewart painting
Title: How I created my Friedrich Vordemberge Guildewart painting
List equipment needed:
What we had to use
1. Cyrillic Paints
2. Hb pencil
3. Rubber
4. A2 sized poster piece of paper
5. 30cm ruler
6. Paint shirt
7. 1 thick paint brush and 1 small paint brush.
8. Example of a Frieddrick Vordemberge Guildewart painting.
Instructions
1. Plot dots across your paper every 5cm apart.
2. Join the 5 cm dots together with a ruler.
3. Plot 5 cm dots downwards.
4. Join the dots together with a ruler.
5. You will now have a grid 5x5 cms
6. Number the coordinates.
7. You should have 8 squares down and 11 across.
8. Draw a triangle in the top left corner of your paper diagonally from the number (3) at the left side of your paper and (4) at the top of your paper.
9. Join the dots together with a ruler.
10. You will now have a triangle.
11. Start from the triangle you just drew and draw a mini triangle in the right corner and from the top of (2) draw a dot, then another dot down to the bottom of (3) and at the top.
12. Join the dots diagonally together using your a ruler.
13. From (8,9) mark out a dot, at (11,6) mark out another dot, join the dots together using your ruler.
14. Mark out from (1,3) (2,3) connect them together diagonally, mark out (4,6) and draw a line diagonally back up to (2,3). For your next point mark out (3,6) connect lines diagonally, now you should have a rectangular box.
15. Rub out your grid using a rubber very lightly
16. First pick your base colour, paint a few shapes, then mix with white paint so create lighter and darker shades of your choice.
17. Once all of your triangles and rectangles have been painted, pick another colour and paint your grid line.
18. Paint the rest of the guide lines white.
19. Leave your painting to dry, once its all dry spray your painting with hairspray to make it look shiny.
