Summer Blogging!

For the summer blogging I have chosen the United kingdom as my country that I will be following for the next few weeks! One thing I like about this country is that their national icons are the Barbary Lion, The rose, the Oask tree, the queen and a cup of tea!

This is an awesome country and their population  size is 53,1 million.

Hi Latham!

Welcome to the Summer Learning Journey. It is such a pleasure to have you as a participant in this programme. I must apologise for posting my first comment today and not earlier. I didn't expect that anyone would start the journey until today so didn't check your blog until this morning when I discovered that you had already been hard at work! Thanks for your involvement :)

I love that you have chosen to visit the United Kingdom. I lived in the UK for about 3 years (2007, 208 and 2009) and I really loved it there. It is such an interesting country that has a very long and complicated history.

I hope that you really enjoy your adventure and learn a lot about the United Kingdom in the process!

Safe travels :)

Rachel

Kia ora Latham☺

The Summer Learning Journey programme has now come to an end. Thank you so much for being involved this summer!

Over the next few months I plan to review the programme. As part of the review process I am hoping to gather feedback from participants, just like you! To tell me what you think please log onto the Summer Learning Journey website and click on the ‘Feedback’ tab. It will take you to a short online form. Can you please fill it out? It should only take about 5 minutes. I’d love to hear what you think!

I will also be coming into your school in a few weeks to hand out participation certificates. I am really looking forward to seeing you then!

Thanks again for joining our Summer Learning Journey this year. I really hope that you join our holiday blogging programme again next summer.

Cheers!

Rachel
