Auckland museum trip show what you know presentation.

This is my presentation showing what we learnt at the museum last week.

Kiwi sport Net Ball.

For kiwi sport this term we learnt how to play netball. Our teacher was called Merrin, first we learnt how to pass then we got better after we learnt how to pass we played a game called gladiator where you have to try to block the people with the ball and not let them past.The sessions went on and we got better and better. We had the sessions every week on Thursdays after library time we played a game on the last session and we learnt lots and it was fun I wish we had more time to learn this sport.

I scored 60% on the quiz and I learnt that they are trying to keep whitebait from extinction.

Museum trip.

Yesterday we went to the museum. First we had to wait for the bus and the bus driver took ages he than came a few minutes after.

 At the museum we went into a class room and we learnt about tapa and how it is made.

Than we went and learnt about migration and that Tongan's and other cultures come over to different country's and they bring food that is different to ours. 

 At lunch time we ate than we got into our groups in my group we had Nick as our leader  Daniel, Mere, Ofa and I in our group.  

 We spent the rest of the time looking around at things in the museum like swords and guns my favorite part was the war section and the volcano room.  
 After that we all met with the rest of the class and than we left on the bus. That was an awesome trip.

Friday the 13th in a cabin.

                            Friday the 13th in a cabin

 We were all set and ready for an awesome night. Sylis and Daniel had come with me and our parents to a cabin with five rooms.Tonight is Friday the 13th, and everybody says that is real but it is just superstition. “Hey Sylis we should freak out our dads” “ok” said Sylis and we all went to sleep. We were sweating with fear. We then heard footsteps “what was that” said Sylis “I don't know maybe its Jason” said Daniel. “Don’t say that” I said. Then the knob on the door slowly turned “I'm really scared now” said Daniel then we heard a chain saw. “Ahhhhh” I said Jason had cut down the door in our room. We ran towards the living room “maybe this is a safe place” said Daniel “why” said Sylis “because they call it the living room” said Daniel .“Don’t be silly” l said. Our parents woke up and we were screaming “before I die I want to say that you guys are awesome friends” I said. “Thanks” said Sylis “yeah thanks to” said Daniel.We ran in to our parents room and slept in the closet but then Jason came. I grabbed a wooden plank and whacked Jason. He tripped and fell through the old ground. “I'm never coming here again” said Daniel “true that” I said and we went home.

Migration push and pull.

This is my topic drawing for our work today we had to do push factors and pull factors. If I could migrate to another country then I would go to America for the better hospitals.

I scored 80% and I am proud of that, and I learnt that the virus in Africa is called Ebola.

Duffy Theater.

                                 Duffy Theater

Today we went and saw the Duffy theater.It was awesome,the characters were Rosie Duffy and Uncle Bingo when they started I thought it was awesome. The funny part was when Uncle Bingo was playing rugby and then he fell over.Uncle Bingo did not like to read because he was a rugby person but Rosie and Duffy helped him and that was what happened in the show.
