Athletic Analysis .

This is my analysis from run, jump throw. I have found photos matching the stances that I was doing on thursday. The thing I found I did a lot was looking in front of me (Eye Contact!) instead of looking behind me, because that slows you down when participating in a race. It was actually really fun to analysis the  matching stances from the athletes.

Super work Latham! This is a really visual way of looking at what we do when we put our learning into practise. After comparing yourself with an athlete what are the skills you think you still need to work on?

This is really interesting Latham, especially the part about keeping your eyes to the front to help you run faster. This will be a good trick to use when you run in the Cross Country. Mum xx
